Overview
BDS Suspension offers a 6-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over shocks for 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 4WD trucks. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt on for increased travel and the ability to handle rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes everything needed to lift and level the Ranger's stance.
Up front, the kit uses high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, a heavy-duty replacement transfer case crossmember, fabricated lift blocks, and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance.
The FOX 2.5 coil-overs include DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustment, allowing independent tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression damping via two clearly defined knobs for on-road control or more aggressive off-road damping.

Important Notes
- Requires frame bracket and differential modification. If using a plasma cutter for the frame bracket modification, disconnecting the battery is highly recommended.
- Stock 17–18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- When balancing tires for 17–18-inch wheels, wheel weights are best positioned towards the center of the wheel to avoid interference with the tie rod end.
- Rack and pinion steering is sensitive to tire choice. Aggressive tires, smaller backspacing, or tires that require several wheel weights may induce steering wheel wobble.
- Will not work on the Tremor model.
