Configured for trucks with Cast Steel OE steering knuckles and includes FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks. The FOX 2.0 features a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Overview
This 3.5-inch lift kit with FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks is designed for 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 4WD trucks. The kit features proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks built specifically for increased travel and the ability to absorb rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. It includes all components necessary to properly lift the Ranger with clearance for up to 33-inch tires. To ensure proper drivetrain geometry, the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets that correct CV axle angle while retaining compatibility with the factory front skid plates. A pair of performance tubular upper control arms (UCAs) are included to improve strength and suspension travel. Rear lift is handled by heavy duty lift shackles and custom-tuned matching FOX shocks.
Features
- FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically for increased travel and the ability to absorb rough terrain
- DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster on FOX 2.5 coil-overs provides precise tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression damping with a simple twist of two clearly defined knobs
- High clearance crossmembers improve strength and off-road capability
- Heavy duty steering knuckles correct steering geometry and maintain ESC system compatibility
- Top mounted strut spacers provide lift and install easily
- Differential relocation brackets correct CV axle angle and allow use of factory front skid plates
- Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) use 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall construction with an indexed ball joint cup for additional down travel and camber adjustment
- UCA frame mounting ends use durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation; greaseable ball joints at the outer end for smooth, quiet operation and durability
- UCAs finished in durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap
- Differential skid plate for improved off-road protection
- Rear lift shackles and U-bolts to lift and level the stance

Installation
- Estimated Time: 4 hours
- Difficulty: Moderate
- Tools Required: 35mm Axle Nut Socket, Air Hammer (Recommended), Ball Joint Separation Tool, Step Drill Bit, Cut-off Tool
Important Notes
- Aftermarket wheels must have a minimum of 93.1mm center hub bore.
- Tires larger than 285/70R17 or 285/65R18 cannot be installed on factory wheels due to steering knuckle clearance.
- Will NOT work on trucks equipped with cast steel steering knuckles when ordering the Cast Aluminum knuckle variant — verify your OE knuckle type before ordering.
- Ford produces two knuckle/control arm configurations in 2019–2023 model Rangers. Cast steel knuckle equipped models have different ball joints than models equipped with aluminum knuckles. Be sure to verify which factory knuckle your truck has before ordering.
- Does not work on Tremor models.
