This configuration pairs a 2 Inch Rear Block Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks, resulting in a tail-low to level stance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks feature a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster, and are fully serviceable. Includes a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Overview

These 4-inch coil-over suspension lift kits are designed for the 2021–2026 Ford F150 4WD. The front suspension utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and the kit also includes sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all required hardware. The rear of the truck is lifted and leveled using high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts, paired with FOX rear shocks. These kits provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires and are compatible with Blue Cruise.

Important Notes

  • 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
  • 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5-inch backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
  • Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included with kit).
  • Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
  • Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
  • Does NOT fit diesel models.
  • Some trucks with a 2-piece driveshaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft (Safety Recall 21S25). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
  • Will not work with models equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
  • 3-inch block kit recommended for a more level stance; 2-inch block kit will result in a tail-low stance.
  • Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
