Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit, which will result in a tail-low to level stance, paired with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, external reservoir design, DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster, and full serviceability for a lifetime of use.
Overview
This 6-inch coil-over suspension lift kit is engineered for the 2021–2026 Ford F150 4WD and features proprietary FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt on increased travel and the ability to soak up rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The kit also includes sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts lift and level the stance, paired with perfectly tuned rear shocks depending on selected configuration.

Installation
- Estimated Time: 8–10 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Recommended/Required Tools: 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), Tie Rod End Separator (recommended), Reciprocating Saw
Important Notes
- 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
- 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5-inch backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included with kit).
- Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
- Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
- Does NOT fit diesel models.
- Will not work with Tremor models.
- Some trucks with a 2-piece driveshaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft (Safety Recall 21S25). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
- Will not work with models equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
- 5-inch block kit is recommended for a more level stance; 4-inch block kit will result in a tail-low stance.
- Recalibration of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by a local dealership or ADAS service center to ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions. All charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
