Overview
This 2.5-inch suspension lift kit for the Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 (2025–2026) 4WD Gas models is built around FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks up front, delivering increased travel and the ability to absorb rough terrain while maintaining on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes all hardware and components necessary for a complete installation.
Up front, the kit uses top-mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends correct steering geometry at the new ride height while maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included.
In the rear, a heavy duty lift block replaces the factory block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. New U-bolts and brake line brackets are also supplied for the rear.

Important Notes
- Fits 4X4 models only.
- Will not work with vehicles equipped with ARC.
- Works on Gas models only.
- 2.7L Turbo models must use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment due to a clearance issue with the Intercooler pipe.
