This configuration includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks. Featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and the DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Fully serviceable and backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Overview

The BDS 4-inch lift kit for the 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD (Gas) is built around FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks up front, delivering increased travel and the ability to absorb the roughest terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires and addresses suspension and steering geometry at the new ride height for proper on-road handling. Up front, the system uses high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, replacement tie rod ends, heavy duty skid plates, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, a heavy duty lift block replaces the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, complemented by new U-bolts and brake line brackets.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Will not fit MagneRide / ARC equipped models.
• Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle / tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
• Will NOT work with TrailBoss or AT4 models.
• 2.7L Turbo models must use Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment due to clearance issue with intercooler pipe.
• This kit has not been test fit on Silverado ZR2 or Sierra AT4X models.
