Overview
BDS Suspension's 4-inch lift kit is engineered to improve the stance, performance, and capability of the 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Gas trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires and includes all components necessary for a comprehensive front and rear suspension lift. Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends correct steering geometry at the new ride height while maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the factory block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, along with new U-bolts and brake line brackets.

Important Notes
- Fits 4X4 models only.
- Does not work with models equipped with ARC.
- Does not work with Denali, High Country, ZR2, or AT4X models.
- Works on Gas models only.
- 2.7L Turbo models must use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment due to clearance issues with the Intercooler pipe.
