This kit is configured with NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks. NX2 Nitro shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
Overview
This 4-inch suspension lift kit for the Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 (2019–2026) 4WD Gas is engineered to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and utilizes a high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.
Up front, the kit includes top-mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included. In the rear, a heavy duty lift block replaces the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, complemented by new U-bolts and brake line brackets.

Important Notes
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
- 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod.
- All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
- 2.7L Turbo models must use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment due to a clearance issue with the intercooler pipe.
