Rear shock configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded and CNC machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum one-piece body, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and an internal IFP mono-tube reservoir design. Front suspension uses the included strut spacer mounted atop the factory strut.
Overview
BDS Suspension's 6-inch suspension lift kit is engineered for the 2019–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Diesel trucks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling characteristics.
Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy-duty skid plates built for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, allowing for ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware are also included. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. New U-bolts and brake line brackets complete the rear installation.
Features
- High-clearance crossmember design maximizes ground clearance using heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel
- Paired front skid plate system bolts together to create a rigid subframe with added off-road protection
- Robust CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles correct geometry at ride height and maintain ESC system compliance
- Replacement tie rod ends maintain steering angles for proper function
- High-strength replacement upper control arms provide durability and serviceability
- Multipoint differential relocation brackets secure the front axle and improve CV angles
- Heavy-duty rear lift block retains factory ride quality and load capacity
- Top-mounted strut spacers for front lift
- Includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, U-bolts, and all required hardware
- Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty included
Installation
- Estimated Time: 8 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Tools Required: 36mm Socket, Cut-Off Wheel or Equivalent, Ball Joint Separation Tool, Reciprocating Saw, Welding Equipment
Important Notes
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
- 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod.
- All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
- If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, please use part #UBT4064.
- 2.7L Turbo models use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
- Will not fit models equipped with ARC.
