Overview
The BDS 4-inch lift kit for 2019–2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Diesel models is built around FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks up front, delivering improved stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 33-inch tires. This kit features a high-clearance front suspension design that improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, heavy duty skid plates, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and replacement tie rod ends. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included. In the rear, a heavy duty lift block replaces the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, along with new U-bolts and brake line brackets. Rear shock options are available at time of purchase.

Important Notes
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
- 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod.
- All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
- 2.7L Turbo models use the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
- If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, please use part #UBT4064.
- Will not fit models equipped with ARC.
