Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks at both the front and rear. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded and CNC machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum one-piece body, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and an internal IFP mono-tube reservoir design for maximum performance at all four corners.

Overview

BDS Suspension's 4-inch lift kit is engineered to improve the stance, performance, and capability of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 (2019–2024) 4WD gas models, providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. The kit uses a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling. Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware are included for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock block while retaining ride quality and load capacity, accompanied by new U-bolts, brake line brackets, and your choice of precision-tuned rear shocks.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
• 2.7L Turbo models require use of the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
• If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, please use part #UBT4064 (Qty 4 required).
• Will not fit models equipped with ARC.
