Overview
This BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is designed for the 2019–2024 Ram 1500 4WD and improves stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability while accommodating up to 35-inch tires. The kit employs a high-clearance design with corrected suspension and steering geometry for maintained on-road handling. Up front, it uses top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, heavy-duty skid plates, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and replacement tie rod ends for ESC system compatibility. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets for pinion angle correction, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. Rear damping is provided by your choice of NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes
- Fits 4WD models only.
- Ram 1500s with factory 22-inch wheels require the Large Bore knuckles due to a larger wheel bearing assembly. Reference build code WPM or WPZ.
- Will NOT fit models equipped with adjustable air ride suspension.
- Vehicles equipped with the Off-Road Group Package require the Ram 1500 Rebel 4-inch kit to achieve correct ride height. To determine if your truck has the Off-Road Group, contact your local Ram dealer with your VIN and request your window sticker. Look for a line item reading "Off-Road Group" in the Optional Equipment section.
- Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with the factory tire size.
- Will NOT work on diesel models.
- Will NOT fit 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic models — refer to the 2018 kit listings.
- Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. Reference build code DSK-P or check the differential cover for cooling lines.
- IF USING 18-INCH WHEELS WITH MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED BACKSPACING, TEST FIT WHEELS ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES TO ENSURE CLEARANCE.
