This configuration pairs FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers up front with FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP rear shocks, and is designed for trucks equipped with the Large Bore OE knuckle — required for RAM 1500 models with factory 22-inch wheels (reference build code WPM or WPZ) due to the larger wheel bearing assembly.

Overview

This 4-inch coilover suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the 2019–2024 RAM 1500 4WD and features proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks up front, designed for bolt-on installation, increased travel, and superior damping on rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes everything needed for a comprehensive front and rear suspension lift.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links round out the suspension upgrade, complemented by FOX rear shocks (variant-dependent).

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature a 2.5-inch diameter body, a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity and cooling efficiency, and a DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. The black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency. These shocks are tuned and ready to install out of the box.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with heavy-duty 1/4-inch-thick laser-cut crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra off-road protection.

• Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
• Will NOT work on diesel models.
• Will NOT fit 2019–2022 RAM 1500 Classic models — refer to the 2018 kit listings.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option — reference build code DSK-P or check differential cover for cooling lines.
