Rear lift via Block Kit — cast iron lift blocks, tapered for correct pinion angle with an offset steel pin to restore axle position. Sized for a 3-1/2 inch diameter rear axle. Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with long arm conversion for the 2009–2013 Dodge RAM 2500 Power Wagon (4WD, Gas) to maximize performance on and off road. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to lift your truck with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.

The long lower control arms reduce caster change through wheel travel, creating a more controlled feel at the steering wheel. The long arm system retains the factory triangulation of the arms, adding stability to the suspension system. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, all four control arms plus mounting bracket, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, sway bar links, and precision-tuned shocks. The rear utilizes heavy duty cast steel blocks or progressive leaf springs (depending on configuration), longer u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel with a properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs deliver maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

These vehicles were manufactured with two different diameter rear axles. You will need to measure the diameter of your rear axle before ordering. It should be 3-1/2" or 4" in diameter. The 102009 rear brake line will not fit 2012 or newer models. Depending on the factory transmission mount, some 4" kits may require the transfer case indexing kit if a driveline vibration persists.
