Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 6-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Compatible with trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride option, this kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.
The BDS 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are included front and rear. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacements, these springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
