Configured with a 6-Bolt indexing ring kit for standard Ram 3500 transfer case mounting, paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the RAM 3500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are also supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, heavy-duty air bag spacers, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

4-Link Conversion: Converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-link system to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs: A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction: A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase through suspension travel and recenter the front axle.
