Includes an 8-Bolt indexing ring kit designed for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which utilizes a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern. This kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
This 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for factory rear air bag equipped Ram 3500 diesel trucks (2019–2024) 4WD. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, heavy-duty air bag spacers, and longer U-bolts. All variants include precision-tuned shocks front and rear.
In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once the vehicle is lifted. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
