BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link Radius Arm | Ram 3500 4WD Gas (2019-2023) | Without Factory Rear Overload Leaf | NX2 Nitro Series

Configured for RAM 3500 trucks without factory rear overload leaf springs, paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks. The NX2 Nitro Series features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2019–2023 RAM 3500 4WD gas-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for tires up to 35 inches. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms and conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength steel lift block, longer u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks. Select the rear box kit based on whether your RAM has a factory rear overload leaf spring.

Important Notes

• A DEF tank relocation bracket (part# 122409) is required for this kit to work with Dually or Mega Cab models with Aisin Transmissions (8-bolt).
• Exhaust modification is required to clear the front driveshaft. The vehicle can be driven without a front driveshaft to an exhaust shop.
• Vehicles equipped with a Manual T-case require BDS122422 Manual transfer case shifter extension.
• Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 Carrier bearing drop.
