Equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, and application-specific valving. Overview

This 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas-powered trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes all components necessary for a complete front and rear lift. Up front, the kit features gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matched set of shocks. Precision-tuned NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are available.

HD Radius Arms

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Exhaust modification is required to clear the front driveshaft. The vehicle can be driven without a front driveshaft to an exhaust shop.
• A DEF tank relocation bracket (BDS122409) is required for this kit to work with Dually or Mega Cab models with Aisin Transmissions (8-bolt).
• Vehicles equipped with a Manual T-case require BDS122422 Manual transfer case shifter extension.
• Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 Carrier bearing drop.
