FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish. Standard knuckles are compatible with RAM 1500 trucks equipped with factory wheels up to 20 inches.
Overview
This BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is designed for 2019–2024 RAM 1500 4WD trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride system. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. It utilizes a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.
Up front, the kit includes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, heavy-duty skid plates, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, replacement tie rod ends, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit uses top-mounted air bag spacers, upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. New air lines, fittings, and ride height sensor brackets are supplied to maintain proper positioning and functionality of the factory air ride system at the new lift height.

Important Notes
- Extreme care and caution must be taken to follow the steps of the instructions to prevent any air leaks or damage to the air bags during installation.
- The factory air ride is a closed-loop system. Opening the system more times than recommended in the lift instructions will require the system to be recharged (this can be done at any RAM dealer service department). A scan tool is needed to access the air control module to perform this service.
- Frame bracket modification is required.
- Fits 4WD models equipped with factory air ride only.
- Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference.
- Stock 20-inch and larger wheels can be reinstalled with factory-size tires.
- Trucks equipped with factory 22-inch wheels must use the Large Bore steering knuckles (reference build code WPM or WPZ, or check the diff cover for cooling lines mounted).
- Does NOT fit Diesel models.
- Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option (reference build code DSK-P or check the diff cover for cooling lines).
- If using 18-inch wheels with maximum recommended backspacing, test fit wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires to ensure clearance.
