Configured for trucks with factory rear overload leaf springs, with a 6-bolt indexing ring and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite features a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, application-specific valving, and is fully serviceable. The standard 6-bolt indexing ring kit is compatible with the factory Ram 3500 transfer case bolt pattern.
This 6-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD diesel trucks, providing increased ground clearance with fitment for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new HD transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at ride height. The rear utilizes a high-strength steel lift block, longer U-bolts, and matched rear shocks. Shocks are available in NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite configurations.
The factory stamped steel radius arms are replaced by the BDS 4-Link system to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift is installed. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
