Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks. These feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
BDS Suspension engineered this 5.5-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019-2026 RAM 2500 gas-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes everything necessary for a complete installation.
Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.
The factory stamped steel radius arms are converted to a BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied for both front and rear to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
