Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks. Features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 6-inch lift kit with a 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set the vehicle up correctly with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.
This bolt-on upgrade converts the factory-stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-Link system, optimizing suspension geometry for better handling while adding strength and stability. High-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied front and rear to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high-tensile steel with properly sized wire diameters, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once lifted, and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
