Overview
This 5.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

Important Notes
- Exhaust modification is required to clear the front driveshaft. The vehicle can be driven without a front driveshaft to an exhaust shop.
- A DEF tank relocation bracket (part# 122409) is required for this kit to work with Dually or Mega Cab models with Aisin Transmissions (8-bolt).
- If equipped with a manual transfer case, BDS122422 is required.
