Configured for Ram 3500 trucks with the factory rear overload leaf spring. Includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster, and is fully serviceable for a lifetime of use.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2019–2023 Ram 3500 4WD gas-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms and conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength steel lift block, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

Exhaust modification is required to clear the front driveshaft. The vehicle can be driven without a front driveshaft to an exhaust shop. Vehicles equipped with a Manual T-case require BDS122422 Manual transfer case shifter extension. Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 Carrier bearing drop.
