Configured with factory rear overload leaf, with a 6-bolt indexing ring and NX2 Nitro Series shocks. Select this rear lift option if your RAM 3500 is equipped with the factory rear overload leaf spring. The NX2 Nitro Series features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish. The standard 6-bolt indexing ring kit is included for use with the factory transfer case bolt pattern.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 3500 4WD diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. At this lift height, the transfer case is indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft; an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matched set of rear shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
