Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 Ram 3500 diesel-powered 4WD truck to improve stance, performance, and capability. The kit includes everything necessary to achieve proper lift height with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.

Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. At lift height, the transfer case is indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft; an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included for this purpose. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
