Overview
This BDS Suspension 6-inch suspension lift kit is engineered for 2019–2024 Ram 1500 4WD trucks, improving stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit uses top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. The front suspension package is completed with sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. Rear shocks are available in NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series configurations.

Important Notes
- Fits 4WD models only.
- RAMs with factory 22-inch wheels require larger bore knuckles due to a larger wheel bearing assembly — reference build code WPM or WPZ.
- Will NOT fit models equipped with adjustable air ride suspension.
- If installing on a Rebel or a truck equipped with an off-road group package, the truck will sit roughly 1/2-inch front high with the preload spacer installed. Without the preload spacer, the truck will sit approximately 3/8-inch nose low.
- Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
- Will NOT work on diesel models.
- Will NOT fit 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic models — refer to the 2018 kit listings.
- Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option — reference build code DSK-P or check the differential cover for cooling lines.
