Configured with an 8-Bolt indexing ring for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which utilizes a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern. This kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear — featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 6-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for 2013–2018 RAM 3500 diesel-powered trucks equipped with factory rear air ride. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to fit up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, heavy-duty air bag spacers, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The factory stamped steel radius arms are replaced by the BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

• The carrier bearing drop is necessary for models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft.
• Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement.
• DRW models: fit inner wheel clearance to the upper U-bolt plate on 6-inch kits.
• Fits OE-equipped air ride systems only.
