Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and brake line brackets. In the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block, heavy duty air bag spacer, and longer U-bolts are included. Precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 shocks are included front and rear depending on the selected configuration.
This kit converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-Link system to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once the vehicle is lifted. A heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
The carrier bearing drop is necessary for models equipped with a two-piece rear drive shaft. Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement.
