BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit | Ram 2500 w/ Rear Air Ride (2014-2018) 4WD Gas | w/ FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks

Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2014-2018 RAM 2500 gas trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride system. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy duty air bag spacers, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. BDS also supplies new air ride leveling sensor brackets to re-position the ride height sensors, allowing the air ride system to perform at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion. Available with either NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as a direct OE replacement, these coil springs are engineered with a properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• For OE Air Ride systems only.
• 6.4L Gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft and potentially the passenger's 4-link bracket.
• 5.7L Gas models may require modification — but not in all cases.
• The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modification and reinstalled after modification.
