The BDS Suspension 8-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion is engineered specifically for 2013–2018 Ram 3500 diesel-powered 4WD trucks. This kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 40-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion with mounting hardware, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar links, bump stops, stainless steel brake lines, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses either a block and add-a-leaf combination or optional full replacement BDS GlideRide leaf springs, along with new U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of shocks.
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with a bolt-on system using high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets. HD upper and lower control arms correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
