Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving. Long-lasting clear anodized finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for 2014–2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered trucks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links.
The BDS 4-Link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacements, these springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle and pairs with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.
