This configuration includes full replacement rear Pro-Ride coil springs and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The rear coil springs are progressive rate, built to handle heavy loads without sagging, shot peened to increase tensile strength, and finished with a polyester-based powder coat for flexibility and durability. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2014–2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered 4WD trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, it includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs or coil spacers (depending on configuration), a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.

Important Notes

6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.
