BDS 5.5 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit | Ram 2500 (2014-2018) 4WD Gas | w/ NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 5.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2014–2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered 4WD trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, it includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. High-strength tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel units, mounting in the factory location with caster adjustment capability and OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount.

Important Notes

6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.
