BDS Suspension engineered this 6-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2014–2018 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.
The BDS 4-link system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied front and rear to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacement coil springs, they are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
