Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2014–2018 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set up the truck with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links.

4-Link Conversion: Converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs: Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacements, they are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction: A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
