Rear lift provided by Leaf Springs — multi-leaf progressive design that maintains factory payload weight ratings, eliminates the need for a lift block, reduces axle wrap, and delivers a smooth, controlled ride. Shocks upgraded to FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty gas-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement tubular radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear configuration is available with either a fabricated lift block with u-bolt flip kit or multi-leaf progressive rear leaf springs, along with brake line brackets and a matched set of shocks.

Important Notes

• Removal of factory block required. Net rear lift height will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance.
• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft (gas only).
• If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
• Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
• If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
• U-bolts will not work on dually.
