This configuration uses Leaf Springs for the rear lift and NX2 Nitro Series shocks. The leaf springs feature a multi-leaf progressive design for a smooth ride, correct pinion angles, reduced axle wrap, and maintain factory payload weight ratings. The NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
This 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for tires up to 35 inches. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear of the kit is available in two configurations: a high-strength fabricated lift block with a u-bolt flip kit for maximum ground clearance, or replacement leaf springs — both paired with brake line brackets and your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
Removal of factory block required. Net rear lift height will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance. If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required. Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur. If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required. U-bolts will not work on dually.
