Overview

These 6-inch coil-over suspension lift kits are engineered for the 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD. They feature proprietary FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt on to the F150, providing increased travel and the ability to absorb rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit includes all components necessary to achieve clearance for up to 37-inch tires. BDS's high-clearance design improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skidplate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5 inches of total backspacing should be test-fitted before mounting to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• The 4-inch blocks will net a level/tail LOW stance. The 5-inch blocks will net a level/tail HIGH stance.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• This system WILL WORK on Diesel Models.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• This kit is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
