Configured for trucks with a 3-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and upgraded with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2017–2019 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 38-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.

Important Notes

• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (pn# 123402).
• 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
• Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
• The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
• If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add rear sway bar links (pn# 123808).
• The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
