Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for dual rear wheel (DRW) 2017–2019 Ford F350 Super Duty gas-powered trucks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gasoline-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, it utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets. Precision-tuned shocks are included front and rear, with options for NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite.

4-Link Conversion

This kit converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to a BDS 4-Link system to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. The bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gasoline-specific Pro-Ride dual-rate coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
