Overview
This 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2017–2019 Ford F350 Dually (DRW) Super Duty gas trucks with 4WD. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of shocks.
The heavy-duty tubular radius arms mount into the factory location, offer caster adjustment across a range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. The full-length, gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across varied terrain. Steering geometry is corrected via a forged drop pitman arm paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the steering components in phase through suspension travel and recenter the front axle.

Important Notes
- Removal of the factory leaf spring block is required. Net rear lift will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft (Gas Only).
- A torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs is required.
- 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
