Rear lift is achieved via multi-leaf progressive design leaf springs for a smooth ride, cast iron construction for high strength, correct pinion angles, reduced axle wrap, and maintained factory payload weight ratings. Rear shocks are FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish.
Overview
This 7-inch 4-Link lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is designed for 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks (SRW models only). The kit provides clearance for up to 38-inch tires and includes all components necessary for a complete front and rear lift. Up front, the kit features FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks with mounting brackets, a 4-Link control arm conversion, forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. The rear utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift option (block kit or leaf springs depending on variant), longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and FOX Performance rear shocks.
Features
- FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks mount in the factory coil bucket location
- Adds secondary FOX 2.0 shock for maximum front performance
- Eibach coil springs for smooth ride through rough terrain
- Heavy-duty 4-Link control arms for improved handling, stability, strength, and caster control during wheel travel
- Track bar relocation bracket and forged drop pitman arm maintain proper steering angles
- Fabricated steel blocks provide level stance from front to rear (block kit variant)
- FOX shocks are fully serviceable and resistant to corrosion and harsh environments
- Transfer case indexing ring features ARP studs to clock the transfer case and improve front driveline operating angle
- High-clearance transmission crossmember provides sufficient driveline clearance
Specifications
- Lift Height: 7 inches
- Tire Clearance: Up to 38 inches
- Front Shocks: FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over with remote reservoir and DSC adjuster
- FOX 2.5 Performance Elite: 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, external reservoir, DSC with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, black anodized aluminum reservoir
- FOX 2.0 Performance Series (secondary/rear where applicable): 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, IFP monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, application-specific valving, clear anodized finish
- 4-Link brackets: High-strength 1/4-inch steel construction
- Compatibility: SRW models only; 10-speed transmission required for indexing ring
Installation
- Estimated Time: 6–8 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Tools Required: 30mm socket, torque wrench (capable of 405 ft-lbs), pitman arm puller
Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add: BDS123808.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing.
- The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
- The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Fits SRW models only.
