Rear lift provided by Leaf Springs: cast iron construction for high strength, multi-leaf progressive design for a smooth ride, correct pinion angles, reduced axle wrap, and maintained factory payload weight ratings. Shocks are NX2 Nitro Series: nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and silver powder coat finish.
This 5-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed to raise the stance and improve the performance and capability of the 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel-powered truck. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes all necessary components for a complete installation. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear of the kit is available with either a fabricated lift block or leaf springs, along with longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
