BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ford F350 Super Duty DRW 4WD Gas (2020-2022) | NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 Nitro shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for dual rear wheel (DRW) Ford F350 Super Duty gas-powered trucks (2020–2022) with 4WD. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for tires up to 37 inches. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-link conversion with control arms and mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gas-specific Pro-Ride dual rate coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once the vehicle is lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Removal of the factory leaf spring block is required. The net rear lift will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance.
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft (Gas Only).
• A torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs is required.
• 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
