This configuration pairs a 6 Inch Block Kit rear lift with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving for maximum on- and off-road performance.
Overview
This 7-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks (4WD, SRW). The kit provides clearance for up to 38-inch tires and includes everything needed for a complete front and rear lift. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs and a new high-clearance transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. The rear of the truck is lifted using either a fabricated steel block kit or replacement leaf springs, depending on the configuration selected, along with longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of rear shocks.

Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add: BDS123808.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not achieve the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on the stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use the recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing.
- The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
- The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this recall performed prior to installing the lift.
