This configuration pairs a Block Kit rear lift with FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks. The FOX 2.0 rear shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving. The fabricated steel lift block provides a level stance from front to rear.
Overview
This 7-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is designed to improve the stance, performance, and capability of Ford F250/F350 Super Duty diesel trucks (2020–2022, 4WD), providing clearance for up to 38-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks mounted in the factory coil bucket location, a secondary FOX 2.0 shock for maximum performance, heavy-duty tubular steel replacement radius arms, forged drop pitman arm, track bar relocation bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs and a new high clearance transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. Rear lift options include either a fabricated steel block kit or multi-leaf progressive leaf springs, paired with either FOX 2.0 Performance Series or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks, along with longer U-bolts and brake line brackets.
The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks are tuned and ready to install out of the box. These 2.5-inch diameter shocks include an external remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity and a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency. The DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels for precise tuning.
The heavy-duty tubular radius arms mount into the factory location, offer caster adjustment across a wide range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. The precision-built transfer case indexing ring clocks the transfer case to improve the front driveline operating angle.

Installation
- Estimated Time: 8 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Special Tools Required: Pitman arm puller; torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each removal. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add: BDS123808.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on the stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Please verify your truck's equipment before installing.
- The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
- The indexing ring has NOT been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this recall performed prior to installing the lift.
- Fits SRW models only.
