Fully serviceable.
This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion is designed for 2017–2019 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel-powered 4WD trucks (SRW models only). The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes everything necessary for front and rear installation. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block or optional leaf springs, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.
The BDS 4-link system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks mount in the factory coil bucket location and include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool in rough terrain. The DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs. The reservoir features a black anodized aluminum finish to increase cooling efficiency. An additional secondary FOX 2.0 shock is included for maximum performance. Eibach coil springs are used for smooth ride quality through rough terrain.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
