This 5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed to improve the stance, performance, and capability of the 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD gas-powered truck. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes all components necessary for a complete installation. Up front, the kit utilizes gasoline-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar drop bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of rear shocks.

Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed.
- If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" — UBT4027 (Qty: 4) — is required.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft (Gas Only).
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If the truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not achieve the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use the recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Some trucks with rear driveline vibration may have a Ford recall regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this recall procedure performed prior to installing the lift kit.
